Schabowe - pork chops

 

  • pork chops - cut into thin cutlets - 1cm
  • flour - in a plate for coating
  • 2 eggs + a little water + pepper + multi-seasonal seasoning + Maggi - mix with a fork
  • (optional) breadcrumbs


beat the pork chop with a hammer - a hammer for pork chops is ideal ;-)


heat oil (medium) in a frying pan


beaten pork chops - dip in flour first

and then place in mixed eggs 

(optional put in breadcrumbs)

into the frying pan

wait - do not mix unnecessarily

... best with boiled potatoes ;-)




PS: instead of pork chops - you could use chicken breasts...
