Chinese pork

  1. 0.5 pork ham
  2. soy sauce
  3. pepper
  4. chili
  5. potato flour
  6. 2 big carrots - cut as semicircles - medium size
  7. ginger - 80% as thin bars, 20% very small cubes
  8. garlic - very small /pasta
  9. chives - 2 sliced
  10. 2 spoons honey
  11. rice vinegar

Steps:
  1. soak pork ham with 6 spoons of soy, pepper, chilli and 2 spoons of potato flour - put aside for 30 min
  2. put oil on the wok 
  3. add giger bars, garlic and chives - fry for 30-50 sec
  4. add pork - fry until brown
  5. add carrots - fry for 1 min
  6. add 150ml water with 30ml soy sauce (around 2 spoons) - fry for 3-5 min
  7. add 100ml water with 60gr honey (2 spoons), 2 spoons of potato flour, 2 spoons of rice vinegar
  8. fry for 2-3 min - taste -> enjoy!

Without wok - multiply times by 2.
