Sicilian bread
Ingridients
- flour -500g
- water - 360ml
- yeast - 7g (1/2 teaspoon)
- sugar - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 table spoons
- salt -2 teaspoons
Make:
- water +yeast + sugar + 400g flour + 15 min
- oil + salt + 100g flour +3hours
- 15min @ 230C
- 12min @ 210C
