Sicilian bread

Ingridients
  • flour -500g
  • water - 360ml
  • yeast - 7g (1/2 teaspoon)
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 table spoons
  • salt -2 teaspoons



Make:

  1. water +yeast + sugar + 400g flour + 15 min 
  2. oil + salt + 100g flour +3hours
  3. 15min @ 230C
  4. 12min @ 210C
