Golabki - pigeons (lion heads)

List:

pigeons:
- rice (400-500g)
- meat (1kg - beef/pork mix)
- cabbage (1 big)
- peper (2 spoons)
- paprika (2 spoons)
- salt ( vegeta - all purpose seasoning - is  better)
- maggie
- butter (optional)

souse:
- tomato sauce (concentrate 1)
- sour cream ( 150ml / usualy  half)
- broth cubes (chicken / musroom is best)
- bayleaves
- english herbs
 - flour ( 2-4 spoons)
- maggie
- little butter (2-3 spoons)





cabbage preparation:

cut off middle!!! and remove





btw: there are people who like those white hard /iside stuff ;-) you may try


use this big pot for cabbage! 
add salt here!




and do not forgot about rice:






in meantime prepare meat:






when rice is ready...
wait until is cool enought so you will be able to touch it. ;-)



mix with rice:







and formulate pigeons:












IMPORTANT!!!:
 
ADD butter on bottom and top

USE top leaves at bottom on your caresole - so they may burn while main pigeonse will stay cool ;-)













IMPORTANT: The same on the top - leftover cabbage leaves to cover oyur pigeons:








1 hour minimum




SOUSE:


put everything together - 2 liters of water 

MIX well!! to make sure that foulr is dissolved  and there are no more those white spots!!!
